I have had the experience of trying their food via catering through my company. The fact I not only get a vegan, but gluten free lunch box??? I can't believe it. I am a very picky food eater and everything from their brownie to the superfood antipasti and sandwich was amazing. I wish I could eat food as fresh and flavorful in my own town!

This cafe is in the upscale Franklin building in the heart of downtown Chicago. I found their prices to be very reasonable especially for a downtown location. Also, I like the fact that the facility is very clean. As someone who is frequently in the Franklin building, I find the place very convenient and have also used their loyalty rewards. Overall, I think it is great food, clean facility and reasonable price in the heart of downtown Chicago. Couldn't ask for more.

Incredible food, such a fresh taste and reasonably priced. Pick up is very effective for those working office jobs. I can with confidence that this is the some of the best food in the Loop.

This location is inside the Aon building but you can enter the restaurant directly by taking the stairs down from Randolph Street and using the doors on the left-hand side. It’s usually pretty busy during breakfast & lunch; however, you can also order your food ahead of time & just pick it up directly across from the registers. Their salads are good & I would recommend their Southwest Salad. Their produce is always fresh and you get a decent portion size (including protein). There’s also a good amount of seating inside and outside.

Had this amazing salad - it was some kind of southwest salad. I would eat here again! This place has a cafeteria vibe, yet delicious.

I loved the service here! The staff was overly sweet with my family and I. The food was really good, you can really taste the quality in their food. If you like chicken paninis with bold flavors and pesto, I would highly recommend their Spicy Calabrian Chicken Panini. If you’re more of a pasta person, I would recommend their Penne Pasta Con Pollo

Sopraffina Marketcaffe is my go-to spot for a quick but quality lunch in the Loop. Their Caprese Panini (12) was fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of pesto and melty mozzarella. Also grabbed a small Caesar salad (6) and an iced vanilla latte (5)—everything hit the spot without feeling too heavy. The place has a nice, low-key cafeteria vibe, perfect for a work break or grabbing food on the go. Service is fast, and the ingredients always taste fresh. If you're looking for a solid Italian-inspired lunch without breaking the bank, this is the spot!
